The Goal: to humanize health insurance. Apparently, it has a bad rap. (I'm never one to back down from a challenge.) 

Solution: Let's remind people that they can talk to a real person about claims - and even a registered nurse, 24/7.

​We found that 24/7 nurse lines don’t just answer questions, they redirect nearly half of would-be ER visits to more appropriate care.

New - Novartis - "Made for Lewis"

From 2025 - an extraordinarily watchable commercial for Fabhalta, in the midst of a heavily-regulated environment. 

PNH is a very rare disease. difficult to diagnose, People can feel singled-out. Patients told us again and again that they're doing "fine" - because they've lost hope of ever feeling better.

So we made a commercial just for Lewis. And let him know that he can go from "Fine" ... to fabhalta. 

Novartis - "Your Attention Please" - Super bowl, tease and game follow-up social. We drove 600k new screening sign-ups, and were named top super bowl spot by the Prestigious Kellogg school. Though I was not the "lead writer" - we felt that this campaign should most appropriately have a woman's touch, I'm glad I was tapped to help out because of my background success in Super Bowl & Proud to be a part of the team that brought this worthy cause into the public eye in a big way.
